The electric Fiat 500e is getting much more expensive

Six months ago, it was possible to become the owner of the new electric Fiat 500e for only €25,400 provided you were satisfied with the small 23.8 kWh battery and the Action finish. But the French branch of Fiat has just reorganized the range of the electric city car. She took the opportunity to remove the basic Action and Action Plus finishes, the “500” level now representing the entry level of the model. The price unfortunately takes a leap forward and climbs to €30,400 on this finish with the small battery. The standard equipment is fortunately worthy (automatic air conditioning, large 10.25-inch central screen compatible with Apple Carplay & Android Auto, 6 speakers, etc.) but the Italian thus goes over €30,000 before the deduction of the €6,000 ecological bonus.

Whether for the version with small batteries of 23.8 kWh or that with accumulators of 42 kWh (in gross capacity), there are now three trim levels in addition to the three body variants offered (3 doors, 3+1 doors and cabriolet): “500”, Red and fully equipped La Prima. The Red level allows you to opt for three different equipment packs at €1,200 that can be combined: Comfort (central armrest, closed central console, height-adjustable driver’s seat, keyless opening, reversing cameras, 360-degree radars, blind spots…), Style (16-inch rims, full LED headlamps, automatic lights, chrome side strips, dark-tinted rear windows…) and Tech (level 2 driving aids with adaptive cruise control and vehicle channel, USB ports, JBL audio system, etc.). Accessible from €35,000, the La Prima finish lacks nothing.
