NVIDIA RTX 4090 Founders Edition: here is the first photo

Here is a photo that is nice to see just a few hours before the official announcement: we can already see a Photo of Jenseng Huang holding a graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090. Because of this, we can now confirm that the previously leaked design is true. The card uses the same design for the cooling system as the RTX 3000, but with a new font for the inscriptions of the references.

This image was sent to our colleagues at VideoCardz. From what we see, and unsurprisingly, we’re on a 3-slot form factor with two fans (one on each side). Likewise, what is also confirmed is that the fan is indeed slightly larger than on the RTX 3000 since we see it spilling over the silver frame.

As a reminder, the RTX 4090 of NVIDIA reportedly features an AD102 GPU with 16,384 CUDA cores, 24GB of GDDR6X memory, and a default TDP of 450W and configurable up to 660W. This model is expected to be announced alongside the RTX 4080 16GB and 12GB cards which are expected to feature the AD103 and AD104 GPUs respectively.

We don’t know anything about the prices of these cards yet, but it won’t be long since we will have more information at the end of the day. In the meantime, some leakers are hearing about a price of 1349/1499 dollars for AIB models.
