According to the Serbian sports daily Mozzart Sport, Red Star Belgrade has made inquiries with OM for the transfer of striker Nemanja Radonjic, who still has a one-year contract with the Marseille club. Pablo Longoria has set his conditions.
Loaned by OM to Benfica last season, Nemanja Radonjic did not convince the Lisbon club to exercise the €8m purchase option present in the deal and will therefore return to Marseille this summer. A priori, the Serbian striker does not enter into the plans of the Marseille club and should therefore be invited to leave, one year from the end of his contract.
OM want €2m + 40% on resale
According to Mozzart Sport, the Red Star of Belgrade precisely took information from OM about a transfer of Radonjic, who had shone in the colors of the Serbian club during the 2017-2018 season. According to the sports daily from the same country, Marseille is claiming €2 million + 40% on a future resale for the 26-year-old player, whose imposing salary has finally curbed the ardor of Red Star Belgrade.
This same source thus believes that Nemanja Radonjic will continue his career in Italy or Spain.
