Freebox subscribers will finally benefit from a mobile application to manage their account. Welcome to “My Free Account” on iOS and Android in alpha version.
Free continues to deploy applications for its Freebox subscribers. After Freebox Connect, Freebox Files and Freebox Home, the operator is launching an alpha version of “My Free account”. The first mobile app of its kind developed by Free, it provides access to the details of its offer, as well as managing bills and benefiting from assistance and WiFi settings.
New “My Free Account” application available in beta version, this Visual, simple, ergonomic and practical application will offer an optimized user experience for the Freebox subscriber area!

“The features we want you to test are the following: the homepage interface, the offer summary card, invoice management, wifi and assistance”, announce the developers. And to add that the Netflix and Disney + options on the home page are not functional. The alpha version of “My Free Account” is available on Android and iOS via Testflight. Free expects user feedback via the bug report tool present in the application (activation by making a screenshot).
